Miss Latham's Body Balance Class

Introduction

Miss Latham is challenging you to take part in her Body-balance class, that includes you parent and carers! Some tracks may be tricky for younger years but give them a go. Have fun, try not to wobble!

Track 1 - Tai Chi

Track 2 - Yoga

Track 3 - Standing Strength

Track 4 - Balance

Track 5 - Hip Openers

Track 6 - Abdominals

Track 7 - Back

Track 8 - Side Twists

Track 9 - Hamstrings - Tai Chi

Track 10 - Meditation and Relaxation
